How Do I Get Involved?
There are many ways to get involved in the Chamber. Like many other organizations, the Chamber is only as good as our members and our volunteers. Becoming a member is a great way to get involved in the Chamber and it is easier than you might think. Click here to learn more about joining.
Volunteering is another splendid way to get involved in the Chamber. Below is a list of ways to volunteer with the Chamber:
Volunteer for one of our many committees. It is through our committees that the Chamber is able to fulfill our mission to be the advocate for business by providing leadership, programs, and services that create, protect, and enhance the business environment for the benefit of Chamber members and Lincoln/Logan County. Volunteer for one of our planning committees. Our planning committees help guide special events or annual programs that the Chamber sponsors to promote leadership or help financially support the Chamber's work in the community: Leadership Academy, Chamber Golf Outing, Trivia Night, Annual Dinner, Office Professionals Luncheon, Chamber Bowl, Lincoln Art & Balloon Festival.
Volunteer for a special event. Our special events help financially support the Chamber's mission. Many of these events are important to our community as well. Over 600 volunteers per year help the Chamber execute our many events and programs: Lincoln Art & Balloon Festival, Chamber Golf Outing, Annual Dinner, Office Professionals Luncheon.
Volunteer in the Chamber office. There are many times our office gets very busy with the event planning and other activities that the Chamber facilitates. We are always looking for volunteers to help out in our office: answering phones, filing, copying, running errands, other office type work.
Sponsoring an event is another magnificent way to become involved with the Chamber, and it is a smart investment in an organization and event that helps Lincoln/Logan County's economy.
