Chamber Stimulus Raffle: The Lincoln/Logan County Chamberof Commerce is looking to stimulate the local economy with the Chamber StimulusRaffle. Starting January 11th you may purchase your Stimulus Raffletickets at the following Chamber Businesses: Eaton Corp, Graue Inc, MKS Jewelers, LTD, BladesHair & Nail Salon, CEFCU, Regions Bank, Illini Bank, Guzzardo's, LoganLanes, Lincoln IGA, Culvers, Mary Todd's Hallmark, Lincoln Public Library,State Bank of Lincoln at locations: downtown Lincoln, at the Woodlawn Branch and State Bank in Wal-Mart, AceHardware, Goody's, Lincoln Park District, Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital Auxiliary Gift Shop, Lincoln College, and at the Chamber Office for only $5. The winning tickets will be drawn onApril 15th at the Graue, Inc Chamber Mixer from 5-7pm. The StimulusRaffle will boost the local economy directly with $3000 in Chamber Bucksawarded in 3 prizes to be spent locally at participating Chamber businesses.The top prize will be $2000, 2nd prize $750, and 3rdprize of $250. The Chamber Stimulus Raffle is designed to support the Chamber's mission in serving the membership through a commitment to the economicprosperity of Lincoln/Logan County. Chamber Ag Scholarship Breakfast: The Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce Annual Ag Day Breakfast will be held on March 18, 2010, at Lincoln Christian University's Laughlin Center at 7:00am. This is is a free event for the community. Please call the Chamber office to make you reservations.The Ag Day Breakfast is an annual event celebrating its 11th Anniversary in 2010. During the 11 year history of the Ag Day Breakfast, $49,000 has been awarded in scholarships to high school seniors and college freshman pursing an education in the agricultural related fields. Office Professionals Luncheon: The Lincoln/Logan County Chamber of Commerce Office Professionals Luncheon will be held on Thursday, April 22nd. Details on the location and time are coming soon! Right now you can nominate your office professional of the year. Do you know someone who does an outstanding job, is dedicated, gives 110%, is always going that extra mile, and who you feel is exceptional at his or her job? Then nominate them for the 2010 Office Professional of the Year award. This award will be given out at the Office Professionals Luncheon on April 22nd.
